Making Bookmarklets ...it's not too hard!

How do you make them?   The easiest bookmarklets to make are the Search Bookmarklets. For those there is a free tool: Make Search Bookmarklet Tool   To make bookmarklets that work offline as well as online, you need a knowledge of Javascript. If you know Javascript, there is some information here.
